Where is the PLASTIC "Clamp-On"?

• Plastic is not used.  There is no plastic forward of the grip on the Rezolution™ receiver.  Rezolution™ receivers are CNC machined from aluminum alloy.

• There is no "Clamp-On".  The top rail, trigger group well and magazine well are CNC machined from one piece of aluminum alloy.  The receiver is one piece with no parts that can come loose in the field so your accessories forward of the grip can be "precision" aligned. 

 How much of a barrel is "hidden" inside the receiver? 

•  Normal Barrel Tenon length is 750".  (The tenon may vary among different manufactures up to .030" to .035")

•  Barrel Length Inside (Covered) Rezolution Receivers:

1. XL= 15.294"

2. L=12.048"

3. Carbine= 8.059"

4. Mini= 4.559"

• Barrel Channel Width Inside Rezolution Receivers is .980"  Channel to Barrel clearance should be .030" per side.

How does shipping work?

• The Rezolution™ Receiver is classified as a firearm and must be shipped to and then transferred through an FFL dealer.

• FFL Dealer information must be provided before a receiver can be shipped.

Are any Zimmerman Arms™ products or parts made overseas?

• Zimmerman Arms™ proudly supports American industry and ingenuity. We strive to use only American made components in our products.

I can’t picture how my receiver fits into the Rezolution™.  Is this a receiver shell?

• The Rezolution™ is not a shell designed to accept an existing receiver. It is a cutting edge monolithic style receiver designed from the ground up to accept 10/22 components and interface with Mil-Spec 1913 compatible accessories. The Rezolution™ is classified as a firearm and must be transferred through an FFL dealer.

Does the Rezolution™ rail system meet Mil-Spec 1913

• We made a commitment to follow all critical tolerances laid out in Mil-Spec 1913 to assure our customers the ultimate in accessory compatibility.

What 10/22® parts are compatible with the Rezolution?

• The Rezolution™ is designed to be compatible with Ruger® 10/22® bolts, trigger groups, charging handle assemblies, magazines, and barrels up to the standard .920 diameter.

My rear sight on my factory sporter 10/22® barrel is preventing it from being installed into the Rezolution™, what do I do?

• As a result of the tight parameters used in the development of the Rezolution™, the factory rear sight will need to be removed before the your barrel is installed.

Will my 10/22® full-length stock fit the Rezolution™?

• The Rezolution is a cutting edge platform with no need for a traditional full-length stock.

Is the top rail on the Rezolution™ removable?

• The Rezolution™ receiver is of the monolithic style. The top rail is an integral part of the receiver and not removable.

My bolt is tight when sliding into the Rezolution™, what should I do?

• The Rezolution™ will accommodate standard 10/22® bolts. A rare instance may be encountered where the bolt assembly does not meet current Ruger® tolerances or has not been properly de-burred. In such cases, we recommend the fitting of your bolt by a qualified gunsmith.

My trigger group will not fit. What should I do?

• The Rezolution™ will accommodate standard 10/22® trigger groups including KIDD, Volquartson, Ruger® and others. This was drawn from an average of a wide variety of trigger groups from different eras of the 45 years of 10/22® manufacturing. As a result, trigger groups will be encountered that will be difficult to pin in place. If you encounter this problem, we recommend the fitting of your trigger group by a qualified gunsmith.

Will my suppressor fit inside the barrel channel of the Rezolution™?

• The Rezolution™ will accommodate standard .920” diameter bull barrels. Suppressors of the standard bull barrel diameter will fit. Suppressors with the commonly encountered 1.000” tube will need to be mounted to a barrel with threads forward/outside the receiver barrel channel.

Does the Rezolution™ use the standard v-block system?

• All Rezolution™ receivers use a standard v-block.

What AR-15 stocks will fit the Rezolution™?

• The Rezolution™ is compatible with all AR-15 stocks.

What features of the Rezolution™ are common to the AR-15 platform?

• The AR-15 is considered to be one of the most ergonomically correct military rifles on the planet. The Rezolution™ is not only compatible with AR-15 stocks, but mimics length of pull and distance from the top of the rail to the top of the stock. Going a step further, we have located the bore-line at a similar distance to the rail as an AR-15. It is as close to an AR-15 as we believe to be possible while still accommodating the smaller 10/22 parts.
