Policies

GENERAL: Personal or company checks are accepted for prepaid orders.

PREPAID: Except for government purchase orders, all orders must be paid before delivery either by credit card or check. 

C.O.D.: We do not offer C.O.D. shipping.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS: A 10% restocking charge will be made on all returned non-defective items made within 30 days of purchase. A 25% deposit is required on all custom work and is non-refundable. All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the customer’s original payment. All damage and shortage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping charges for products found to be defective or sent in error by Zimmerman Arms LLC will be refunded to the customer.

FIREARMS RETURNS: Firearms returns and repairs must be issued a return authorization number prior to being shipped to Zimmerman Arms LLC.

SHIPPING: All rifles will ship UPS ground. Due to UPS and FEDEX policies, pistols will only be shipped next day air. All firearms will only be shipped to a licensed dealer whose Federal Firearms License is current and on file with Zimmerman Arms LLC. Expedited shipping (UPS 1, 2, or 3 day) is available at extra charge. All custom work and repair will have actual UPS shipping charges added.

DEALER PRICING: Dealer pricing is available. Please contact Zimmerman Arms LLC for a current pricelist.

EXPORTATION: We do not offer exportation services at this time.

WARRANTY

At Zimmerman Arms, we believe in the old fashion business model of a promise and a handshake, and will always go the extra mile to provide quility products and services. We stand behind our product and will always go the extra mile to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Unfortunately our current political and cultural climate dictates we must state the following.

Note: The Magnuson-Moss Act (Public Law 93-637) does not require any seller or manufacturer to give a written warranty. It does provide that if a written warranty is given, it must be designated as “limited” or as “full” and sets minimum standards for a “full” warranty. As do all firearms manufacturers, Zimmerman Arms LLC has elected not to provide any written warranty, either “limited” or “full”, rather than attempt to comply with the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Act and the regulations issued thereunder. There are certain implied warranties under state law with respect to sales of consumer goods. As the extent and interpretation of these implied warranties varies from state to state, you should refer to your state statutes.
