I picked up my Zimmerman Tactical today.  It's absolutely beautiful.  If feels good, it looks good, it's fit and finish is fantastic.  I love the slender, HK UMP-style pistol grip, and the rail system is lovely.  The top rail tolerances are perfect, as my Larue Tac scope mount throw levers lock up and release with exactly the same resistance on your rail as they do on my LWRC M6A3 top rail.  I added a Magpul UBR and Angled Fore Grip (which fits like a glove, all the way down to the way the lines match up) and some Troy sights that I had - beautiful.  The Volquartsen trigger is fantastic, and reminds me of a Rock River Arms National Match trigger.  The whole thing set up and feels just like my AR, only....the Zimmerman feels better!  I've put 50 quick, flawless rounds through it this evening just to get a rough zero, and I hope to shoot it extensively tomorrow!  My sister is coming down for the weekend to do some visiting and some shooting, and I know she will enjoy it.
 
Anyway, I've taken pictures of everything since I opened the box, and will post an informal review on snipershide.com and ar15.com after I've gotten a chance to shoot it for awhile - several people have expressed interest in more info.  I'll send you links when it happens.
 
I attached a couple pics to show what it looks like now, although the scope is just to show potential - I'll be running open sights for now.
 
I really, really like it.  It's what I've been hoping someone would design, and it's even better than I imagined.  Vastly, fantastically better.
