What the RWVA (Revolutionary War Veterans Association) is all about:

The Appleseed Program is designed to take you from being a simple rifle owner to being a true rifleman. All throughout American history, the rifleman has been defined as a marksman capable of hitting a man-sized target from 500 yards away — no ifs, ands or buts about it. This 500-yard range is traditionally known as "the rifleman's quarter-mile;" a rifleman can hit just about any target he can see. This skill was particulary evident in the birth of our country, and was the difference in winning the Revolutionary War.

The Zimmerman Arms Rezolution Project brings the proven 10/22 type rifle into the 21st century by creating the first and only (Patent Pending) monolithic type receiver for this well proven action. The Rezolution Appleseed Trainer is based off of our experience at the "Appleseed Shoot." First thing we have done is to build with our shorter and lighter Rezolution L and Rezolution Carbine series receivers. We also realized that carbine stocks are not ideal for Appleseed unless they are of the type that can be clamped onto the tube for stability so we just went ahead and used the tried and proven A2 type fixed stock from the AR-15 family. The third thing we did was to use our proprietary match grade stainless steel barrel which, as far as we know, is the lightest all-steel barrel available for the 10/22 at a mere 23 ounces. The result is a rigid, well balanced, adaptable, and accurate weapon able to adapt to your rimfire training regimen.
